1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Zest of 1 lemon (optional)
Instructions
1. Rinse and dry the asparagus, then trim the tough ends.
2. Toss asparagus with oil, salt, pepper, and optional garlic or lemon zest.
3. Place in a single layer in air fryer basket.
4. Air fry at 400°F for 6–9 minutes depending on thickness.
5. Shake the basket halfway through cooking.
6. Serve warm with extra lemon or parmesan.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
For extra crispness, air fry thicker spears slightly longer.
