Description
A quick, crispy, and flavor-packed air fryer crumbled tofu recipe—perfect for bowls, wraps, salads, and vegan dinners.
Ingredients
1 block extra-firm tofu, pressed
1 tbsp olive oil or sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Press tofu for 15–20 minutes to remove moisture.
2. Crumble tofu with your hands or fork into uneven bite-size pieces.
3. In a bowl, toss crumbled tofu with oil, soy sauce, and spices.
4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
5. Add tofu to air fryer basket in a single layer.
6. Cook for 12–14 minutes, shaking halfway through.
7. Remove when golden and crispy.
8. Serve immediately or store for later use.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in fridge for up to 4 days.
To reheat, air fry at 350°F for 5–6 minutes.
Freezes well; reheat directly from frozen.
