Ingredients
2 ribeye or sirloin steaks (1–1.5 inches thick)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 3–5 minutes.
2. Pat steaks dry and rub with olive oil.
3. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
4. Place steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
5. Cook for 8–10 minutes for medium doneness, flipping halfway.
6. Use a meat thermometer to check doneness (125°F rare, 135°F medium, 160°F well-done).
7. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
