Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese
4 medium flour tortillas
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter or oil for cooking
Instructions
1. Season the shredded chicken with cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat a dry skillet over medium heat. Place one tortilla flat in the pan.
3. Add chicken and cheese evenly on one half of the tortilla. Fold over.
4. Press gently and cook until the bottom is golden brown.
5. Flip and cook the second side until crispy and cheese is fully melted.
6. Remove, slice into wedges, and serve warm with toppings of choice.
Notes
Use pre-cooked chicken for a faster meal.
Avoid overfilling the tortilla to prevent tearing.
Great with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream.
