Ingredients
3–4 medium yellow or red potatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Optional: chopped rosemary or thyme
Instructions
1. Wash and cube potatoes evenly.
2. Rinse under cold water to remove starch.
3. Dry thoroughly with a towel.
4. Toss with oil, spices, and herbs.
5. Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
6. Air fry for 10 minutes.
7. Shake basket and cook 8–10 minutes more.
8. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the basket for best crisp.
Use sweet potatoes for a sweeter variation.
Reheat leftovers in air fryer for 3–4 minutes.
